The 2-Accessory Connector allows you to direct anesthetic output to 2 animals or two devices (e.g., nose cone and induction chamber). Total tubing length for SomnoSuite® is 18″. Total tubing length for SomnoFlo® is 26″.
The 3-Accessory Connector allows you to direct air flow between three devices (e.g. for SomnoSuite® RoVent® systems: Induction Chamber – Intubation Stand – RoVent Ventilator Tubing).

A surgical plane of anesthetic depth is often defined by the loss of pedal reflex and confirmed by applying a stimulus to the paw pad. This anesthetic depth indicator is a sensory evaluator that standardizes common “toe-pinch” methods and is a good indicator of adequate anesthetic depth prior to surgery or other procedures.

Kent Scientific recommends the smallest syringe size that will accommodate the duration of your application. Using a large syringe size with very low flow rates can cause uneven anesthetic delivery.
